Altro Smart Lock Battery not working

Please check the below steps to determine if the battery is working:

1. Are you able to see LED light when the battery pack is connected for charging? Green means battery pack is 100% charged and Red means battery pack is being charged. For charging the battery pack, USB cable needs to be connected to a power socket and not to a laptop or any other device.

2. Do you hear a beep sound from the lock after inserting the battery pack?

3. Do you see your lock status as offline in your mobile app even after inserting the charged battery pack? The lock status shows offline in the mobile app when powered down.

4. It takes 1-12 hours for the battery pack to get 100% charged.
