If you are already logged in to Altro Smart app and you wish to update your login password, you can do same from “Update Password” link.
From the Accounts page over Altro Smart app, go to Settings.
Under Settings, you will find “Update Password” link. Click it.
On “Update your Password” screen, please enter your registered email and click “Submit”.
You will receive an email on your provided registered email id with “Reset Password” link.
Click on “Reset Password” and provide a new password meeting the password criteria.
Your password will be reset and you can login using your new password.
