I get ‘No devices found’ and/or ‘Altro not found!’ when I scan for Altro Smart Lock. What to do?

Altro Smart Lock mobile application connects to your Altro Smart Lock device for device SETUP and other settings updates using Bluetooth. The mobile application scans for the smart lock and connects with it. In case no smart lock device is found during scanning process, we get below messages in the application. 

To overcome this issue, use RETRY option available in the mobile application. This will refresh the application and start the process again.
If the issue still persists then refresh Bluetooth of mobile by switching if off/on and retry the operation. You can also take out the smart lock battery pack and reinsert it- this reboots the smart lock and resolves any internal issue that might be happening.
