There could be reasons sometimes when the Altro Smart lock is not responding through Altro Smart app for any of the operations. It could mostly be due to poor WiFi or BLE connection. In such cases please make sure that the WiFi or BLE connectivity is up and running.
If there is no problem from the connectivity perspective, try to pair the Altro Smart lock with the Altro Smart app again. You can do this by Settings > Calibrate option.
Once you follow the calibrate process to pair the Altro Smart lock, most of the time, the issue will be resolved.
Even after calibration if the issue persists, you can try resetting the Altro Smart lock by pressing “A” at the back of the Altro Smart lock under the battery cover.
You can also try killing your Altro Smart App and relaunching it again.
