Why do I see “Unlocked Manually” message on my Altro Smart lock sometimes?

Sometimes while performing lock or unlock operation from Altro Smart app, you might see “Unlocked Manually” message. This could be because the door is not properly latched. The alignment between the deadbolt and door might not be proper and due to which while performing the lock operation from Altro Smart app, the lock is not happening and it will be unlocked manually with the notification.

To avoid such issue, please make sure that the installation of the Altro Smart lock at the door is done perfectly and there is no misalignment.
